South Africa’s government says it’s tackling the unemployment crisis. Critics say they’ve heard it all before.

Unemployment in South Africa is becoming an urgent problem with almost a third of the population without work.

Another job summit has been organized – the fourth in 20 years – but sceptics say the initiative will not help much.
