US housing crisis: Tiny homes, a small solution for a big problem

Homelessness is a problem in many cities across the United States, but Detroit and a few other cities are experimenting with a surprisingly simple solution.

It was just over four years ago when Detroit became the biggest city in US history to file for bankruptcy.

Today, it is undergoing a renaissance, but many of its hardest-hit residents are not sharing in that newfound prosperity.

Thousands are homeless.

That is a problem in many cities across the United States, but Detroit and a few other cities are experimenting with a surprisingly simple solution.
