Nicaragua protests: More than 100 killed since April

Gunmen fired on anti-government demonstrators in Managua, as the death toll in the protests continues to rise in Nicaragua.

At least 16 people are confirmed to have been killed in the latest anti-government protests in Nicaragua.

Gunmen opened fire on a march paying tribute to the mothers of students killed in the unrest.

More than 100 people have now died in protests since April.
