Texans return to assess damage after Harvey

The governor of Texas says reconstruction efforts after Tropical Storm Harvey could cost as much as $180bn.

More than one week has passed since heavy rain flooded neighbourhoods in the city of Houston, and people have begun returning to their homes.

They are now tasked with filling out insurance claims and seeking government aid.
