An investigation by Human Rights Watch has found that US-led coalition strikes on two ISIL-held towns in Syria in March killed 84 civilians, including dozens of children.
An investigation by Human Rights Watch has found that US-led coalition strikes on two ISIL-held towns in Syria in March killed 84 civilians, including dozens of children.
The aid group also found that no precautions were taken to minimise the number of civilian deaths.
