Hurricane Irma damage prevents Florida residents returning

The cleanup effort after Hurricane Irma hit the US state of Florida is progressing slowly, with tens of thousands still without electricity.

The largest Atlantic storm on record hit almost a week ago, but many people are unable to return home.
