Mauritania edges towards referendum vote

Dramatic changes to Mauritania’s constitution could get the go-ahead soon. A referendum is being held on whether to approve or reject political reforms and abolish the senate. Al Jazeera’s Rob Matheson reports from Nouakchott, Mauritania
