The government of Sierra Leone has called for the evacuation of 10,000 people living on an unstable hillside in the capital Freetown. It came six days after a landslide in the city left hundreds dead.

Displaced survivors have been returning to where their homes once stood to search for missing loved ones and retrieve belongings.
