Three days of mourning have been declared for the victims of what appears to be another coordinated attack in another European country.

Three days of mourning have been declared for the victims of what appears to be another coordinated attack in another European country. Police in Spain continue to investigate deadly attacks in Barcelona and Cambrils, which left at least 14 people dead and more than 100 injured. They have arrested at least four suspects.
