The woman who became known as ‘Pakistan’s Mother Teresa’ for devoting her life to saving others’ lives has died at the age of 87.
The woman who became known as “Pakistan’s Mother Teresa” for devoting her life to saving others’ lives has died at the age of 87.
Dr Ruth Pfau opened Pakistan’s first centre to treat people with leprosy and in turn helped to transform the lives of more than 60,000 people.
