Gulf crisis: Qatar forced to rely on planes to import food

The GCC countries’ blockades against Qatar have precluded many vital imports from reaching the small country, including basic food supplies.

Saudi Arabia’s closure of Qatar’s only land border means a lot of the country’s food has to be brought in by air.
