Syrian FM: No international force to patrol de-escalation zones

Syria’s foreign minister says the government will not accept foreign forces patrolling any of the newly established so-called de-escalation zones.

It is part of a deal struck by Russia, Iran and Turkey to reduce violence in Syria, but it has had a shaky start.
