Donald Trump: ‘NATO no longer obsolete’

US President Donald Trump has made a sharp U-turn on his foreign policies with regards to NATO and China.

 

Abandoning his campaign rhetoric criticising NATO, Trump said that the military alliance is “no longer obsolete”, and a “bulwark of international peace and security”.

Meanwhile, he said China had not been a “currency manipulator” for some time.
