A human rights group says Israel is doing everything it can to avoid paying compensation in cases where its soldiers have killed, injured or disabled Palestinian civilians.

In their report, B’Tselem shows the amount paid has dropped significantly, and it’s also become much harder for Palestinians to bring cases before the courts.
