Rex Tillerson visits Turkey amid Syria tensions

Turkey has ended its military operation in northern Syria, where it was taking on ISIL and Kurdish fighters.

The announcement came as the US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson was getting on a plane for his first official trip to Turkey.

The visit follows high-contact meetings between officials from the two countries, with Syria being the main topic.
