Syria: Al Waer residents disappointed with evacuation deal

Syrians that remain in the besieged rebel-held neighbourhood of Al Waer are reluctant to leave in the latest Russian-sponsored evacuation deal after hearing from those who travelled in the first convoy.

People in the first convoy say they that few preparations were made for their arrival to rebel-held parts of northern Syria. Some wish they never left in the first place.
