Will the US Supreme Court uphold Trump’s travel ban?

US President Donald Trump has pledged to take his second legal defeat, blocking his revised travel ban, to the Supreme Court.

Speaking to Al Jazeera from Miami Beach, Alan Dershowitz, professor emeritus at Harvard Law School, said the ban is not unconstitutional and the Supreme Court will uphold parts of it.
