Vietnam looks to boost trade with China

China is leading talks on the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, a trade pact including Southeast Asian nations.

Business and government leaders in Vietnam say they are eager to increase dealings with China, but they also hope US President Donald Trump re-thinks the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal.
