China and South Korea united over North Korea threat

In spite of past differences, South Korean and China are uniting in their approach to the standoff in the Korean Peninsula.

China and South Korea have had a tense relationship, but on Thursday they presented a united front over the North Korean standoff.

China’s President Xi Jinping and his South Korean counterpart say they will not tolerate war on the Korean Peninsula. Xi has been meeting with visiting South Korean President Moon Jae-in in Beijing.
