The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities – known as CRL for short – says vulnerable people are being taken advantage of by being promised blessings, for a price.
It wants all religious leaders to be registered to stop what it describes as the commercialisation of religion and other dangerous practices.
