Pakistan strikes deal with protesters in Islamabad

A sit-in blocking a major road in the capital Islamabad ended earlier this week after the resignation of the law minister who was accused of blasphemy. Government leaders also agreed to a list of other demands by demonstrators. Some are describing it as the capitulation of the government to Muslim protesters.

And now the ruling party is facing another challenge in the city of Lahore.
