Former Hong Kong leader avoids conviction in bribery case

Hong Kong’s former chief executive has avoided conviction on a bribery charge after a jury returned a hung verdict for a second time.

Donald Tsang has walked free from court but his future remains uncertain as he appeals another related conviction and a potential retrial.
