West Virginia: EPA to hold hearing on climate plan repeal

US President Donald Trump has ordered the Environmental Protection Agency to begin rolling back Obama-era climate regulations.

A two-day public hearing is taking place in West Virginia, the heart of America’s coal industry.

Miners and environmentalists will discuss the Clean Power Plan – that limits greenhouse carbon emissions, from coal-fired power plants.
