Manus camp removal: Uncertainty awaits refugees in PNG
Hundreds of refugees on Manus Island continue to insist they are unsafe among the general population of the island, claiming they are often attacked by young drunk men.
Hundreds of refugees in Papua New Guinea have spent their first day outside the decommissioned Australian-run prison camp they were refusing to leave.
But they say the town they’ve moved to isn’t safe.
Some locals disagree.
