Kenya’s Supreme Court to decide over Kenyatta’s re-election

Kenya‘s Supreme Court is expected to decide on Monday if President-elect Uhuru Kenyatta will be sworn in for his second term, or if new elections will be held.

Kenyatta won October’s election re-run, but the vote has been challenged in court, just months after his first election win was ruled invalid.
