Regional leaders arriving for ASEAN 50 summit in Manila

Regional leaders are arriving in the Philippines for this year’s ASEAN summit.

The bloc has to contend with controversial issues such as the Rohingya crisis and China’s ambitions in the South China Sea.

But North Korea is expected to dominate.
