Philippine-Moro Islamic peace talk delays ‘creating discontent’

The Philippine government may have won back the southern city of Marawi from pro-ISIL fighters, however, the threat from other groups still lingers.

Al Hajj Murad Ebrahim, chairman of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, tells Al Jazeera how the delays in the passage of the peace deal with the Philippine government, is “creating discontent in communities here” and that this is then “used as fodder for radicalism”.
