Argentina young offenders face change in legal status
A number of high-profile murders in Argentina commited by teenagers has led politicians to consider changing the law, so as to allow minors to be charged as adults.
But human rights activists say this wouldn’t address the underlying causes of the crimes: crippling poverty and economic unequality. Teresa Bo reports from Buenos Aires.
