Mikhail Saakashvili, Georgia’s president has claimed to have foiled a coup attempt and mutiny, accusing Moscow of orchestrating both.
Moscow has dismissed the allegations as a desperate attempt by Saakashvili to deflect attention from his own domestic political crisis.
