 Kazakhstan offers to host nuclear fuel bank 
 

Nursultan Nazarbayev, Kazakhstan’s president, has offered to build a nuclear fuel bank in his country.

In theory, this would allow countries to buy nuclear fuel for power plants, but prevent such materials from falling into the wrong hands.
