The reported death of the Tamil Tigers’ founder and leader V Prabhakaran has signalled, more than anything, that the armed struggle of Sri Lanka’s Tamil separatists is over.
But as Al Jazeera’s Tony Birtley reports, even without Prabhakaran, there is no doubt that, for many Tamils, the struggle will continue.
