Rwanda suffered a genocide that wiped out 1.2 million people and decimated the country’s economy.

Fifteen years on, international supporters are calling Rwanda’s economic recovery a miracle.

Now the government is promoting the teaching of English in schools above French in its drive to encourage business opportunities.
