Sudan’s President Omar Al-Bashir expelled 13 international aid agencies from Darfur after the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant against him charging him with genocide.
That’s making things tougher for the near five million people who rely on aid, following years of fighting between government forces and rebels. But Al-Bashir says his government will provide for them.
