Taekwondo may be a sport that originated in Korea, but it has become the most practised martial art in the world.

More than 70 million people take part in the sport globally but Asia remains its natural stronghold. Nepal is a country that normally struggles to make its mark on international sport but thanks to Taekwondo and a man by the name of Deepak Bista all that is changing.
