Almost 500 Cuban medical workers have arrived in Bolivia to help authorities cope with the country’s worst ever dengue epidemic.
31,000 cases of the mosquito-borne disease have been diagnosed in recent weeks, with 20 people dying.
Bolivian troops are moving through the worst affected areas helping with fumigation efforts.
