Barack Obama, the US president, has called for a “new beginning” with the Muslim world, but suspicion between both sides remains.
Recently Youssef Megahed, an Egyptian immigrant to the US, was put on trial for charges related to “terrorism”. He was found innocent but was then detained again and his supporters claim he is being discriminated against, as Al Jazeera’s Cath Turner reports.
