US President-elect Barack Obama is expected to name Hillary Clinton as his secretary of state on Monday.
But that choice and other Obama picks are raising questions about his promise of change.
As a presidential candidate, Obama said he would take a fresh approach to the way politics and government work.
But many are now wondering if he is dumping his pledge of change by choosing former Washington insiders who once worked for Bill Clinton.
