The Occupy Movement is shifting gears in the United States, moving from public squares to the halls of Congress.
Reports suggest an energetic turnout on the West Lawn of the US Capitol building for OccupyCongress. There is one reported arrest so far, with crowds numbering in the hundreds already. Also, SOPA/PIPA is one element of the protests.
