Deadly clashes between Syrian troops and Kurdish-led fighters in Aleppo

Syrian government forces faced off with the Kurdish-led, US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in northern Aleppo, killing at least four people, three of them civilians, on Tuesday. Efforts to merge the SDF with the national army have shown little progress.
