Syrians celebrate ceasefire deal between government and SDF

There have been celebrations in Syria after a ceasefire between the government and the Kurdish-led SDF halted nearly two weeks of deadly fighting, rekindling hopes for peace and national unity. Al Jazeera’s Ayman Oghanna was with crowds in Damascus.
