Vietnam’s top tourist destination flooded after record rainfall

Record rainfall has caused severe flooding across central Vietnam, submerging UNESCO-world heritage site Imperial City of Hue. Thousands have been evacuated from the surrounding area due to risks from severe flooding and landslides.
