Israeli minister says ‘99%’ of settlers are law-abiding

Israel’s foreign minister recently said Israeli settlers are “the most law-keeping people on earth” and face punishment if they break the law. But settlers, often backed by the Israeli army, continue daily assaults on Palestinians and are rarely held accountable.
