Philippines: Civilians suffer in battle for Marawi

The Philippine military says ISIL-inspired fighters in the southern city of Marawi are nearly defeated.

    But it is believed that they are regrouping in nearby towns.

    However, the locals say there are no fighters there, only suffering people.
