Iraq's Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi has blamed ISIL for the destruction of a centuries-old mosque in Mosul. The Grand al-Nuri Mosque is where ISIL's leader Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi declared a so-called Caliphate three years ago.
