Iran’s military has vowed to take action against the perpetrators of Wednesday’s double attacks in Tehran, which killed at least 13 people.

The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also known as ISIS) group says it was responsible and released a video purporting to show gunmen inside the parliament building.
