Rex Tillerson lays out US foreign policy plans

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has unveiled foreign policy initiatives as he addressed the State Department on Wednesday.

Tillerson briefed his staff on North Korea and Syria. He also announced that the US has prepared additional sanctions against Pyongyang that could be implemented.
