Libya and UK 'work closely' to investigate Manchester bombing

Libya's UN-backed government says it is working with British authorities to identify what it describes as terrorist networks behind a bombing in the English city of Manchester.

    UK officials say the attack was carried out by British-born Salman Abedi, whose family has roots in Libya.
