UN secretary general promises to tackle sexual abuse by peacekeepers

The United Nations has released a new strategy for dealing with sexual abuse by its peacekeepers.

Newly appointed Secretary General Antonio Guterres says the rights and dignity of victims should be paramount, pledging that more will be done to bring perpetrators to justice.
