Republicans in the US House of Representatives, short of support from their own party, have withdrawn a healthcare bill drafted to repeal and replace "Obamacare".

President Donald Trump is blaming the Democrats for failing to support the bill.

The bill would have scrapped Obama's Affordable Health Care act and stripped millions of Americans of their insurance.
