Tunisia prepares to elect new president

Tunisians on Sunday will vote to elect a new president from a field of multiple candidates.

    Tunisia will hold presidential elections on Sunday.

    More than five million people are eligible to vote and for many Tunisians this is the first election where there are multiple candidates to choose from. 

    The poll is seen as not only important for Tunisia but also for the entire region.

    Al Jazeera's Omar Al Saleh reports from Tunis.
